FEP is an extruded fluoropolymer suitable for use up to 200 °C (400 °F) and is flame-retardant and non-propagating in fire conditions. Conductors are extruded with FEP and twisted in a 1-1/2″ to 2-1/2″ lay. This is a non-jacketed construction. The product is moisture/chemical resistant and provides an economic alternative with a smaller outer diameter profile. This construction also provides all the benefits of FEP at an economical price point. The FEP Cable has wide industrial use, from Aerospace applications to Food & Beverage processing plants.
