Otherwise known as Pt100s or PRTs, our Mineral Insulated Resistance Temperature Device (RTD) Assemblies provide accuracy and reliability across a wide range of industrial applications.

The tightly packed MgO (Magnesium Oxide) insulation provides the platinum elements protection from the hostile environment it will encounter.

RTD Assemblies are renowned for their precision temperature measurement capabilities & reliability. Our bespoke sensors are manufactured to your exact requirements & assembled in our clean room, ensuring minimal contamination & maximum accuracy. Mineral Insulated RTD assemblies are semi-flexible, allowing slight manipulation to ensure optimal measurements.

Optional thermal calibration is available in our fully automated, UKAS accredited thermal calibration laboratory (No. 0600) (ISO 17025).
The CCPI Europe Calibration laboratory operates in the temperature range of –200 °C up to and including 1600 °C. It proudly holds some of the tightest uncertainties of measurement for thermal calibrations held by a commercial calibration laboratory.
