We design hard-wearing, colour coded flexible extensions as an economical alternative for connecting a thermocouple to instrumentation, within a variety of industrial applications.
A wide variety of cable construction options are available to suit your exact requirements.
These include but are not limited to;
Cefir, FEP, Fibreglass, PFA, Polyimide Tape, PVC, Silicon Rubber and finally, mineral insulation.
Depending on the environment in the intended area of use, Flexible Thermocouple Extensions can also be designed for resistance to; chemicals, mechanical damage and elevated ambient temperatures.
Optional thermal calibration is also available in our fully automated, UKAS accredited thermal calibration laboratory (No. 0600) (ISO 17025).
The CCPI Europe Laboratory was first accredited way back in 1998 and has been subject to continual investment, therefore this means that it is one of the best commercially available thermal laboratories in the world.
Our state-of-the-art laboratory has operational capabilities in the temperature range of –200 °C up to and including 1600 °C. Also we proudly boast some of the tightest uncertainties of measurement for thermal calibrations held by a commercial calibration laboratory.
