Our quality-built, custom-made base metal thermocouple assemblies are designed and manufactured to your exact specifications. With a wide range of construction options, from protection sheath materials, to hot and cold junction variations, our assemblies are robust, precise and reliable.
Base Metal Thermocouple element conductors are constructed from Nickel Alloy and can be operated in the temperature range of –196 °C all the way up to 1300 °C, depending on the thermocouple type. Common Base Metal Thermocouple types available are Type J, Type K, Type N, Type E, Type T and all have unique characteristics for use in a vast range of industrial environments.
The thermocouples can come with the additional option of calibration in the CCPI Europe UKAS accredited Thermal Calibration Laboratory (No. 0600) (ISO17025). The laboratory is a fully automated, state of the art, thermal calibration laboratory and operates in temperature range of –200 °C to 1600 °C. The Laboratory holds some of the tightest uncertainties of measurement (BMC) for thermal calibrations held by a commercial calibration laboratory.
