Where can I find my calibrations certificates online?

These can be accessed through any of the Calibration Certificates portals located on pages throughout the site.

Why are your Uncertainties of Measurement (CMC Values) tighter than those of your competitors?

Because we only calibrate using primary standard thermocouples, which have been directly calibrated against our accredited primary fixed points.

How can I access my certifications if I don’t have a username and password?

CCPI Europe has three types of certificates; certificate of conformity, certificate for coil calibration and certificate of calibration (customer specific).

Certificates can be obtained by entering the document reference number (which is the preceded by CCP/C on the certificates of conformity or calibration) into the box labeled “Reference Number”.

How do CCPI Europe look after my property?

CCPI ensure that any property belonging to customers or external providers, returned for repair, modification, recycling, complaint, investigation or calibration, is maintained in a satisfactory condition.
All customer property is treated with due care and attention at all times.
Loss, damage, or unsuitability of a customer’s property is recorded as non-conforming product.

How can I return my goods back to CCPI Europe?

Returning items for re-calibration, recycling or investigating can be done via the CCPI Europe Returns Portal.

Complete the online form, providing as much information as possible. Once the returning items are reviewed and accepted, you will receive a PDF to print off with our shipping address and your unique reference number.

How can I find whether my standard is the equivalent of UKAS?

ILAC (International Laboratory Accreditation Co-operation) and IAF (International Accreditation Forum) are world-level organisations working respectively for the recognition of accreditation of laboratories and accreditation of certification.

ILAC and IAF have set up and maintained multilateral mutual recognition agreements based on the regional agreements developed by EA in Europe, APLAC (Asia Pacific Laboratory Accreditation Co-operation for laboratories and inspection) and PAC (Pacific Accreditation Co-operation for certification) in Asia-Pacific.
